Bruce Palmer (1946–2004) was a Canadian musician, best known as the bassist for the folk rock band Buffalo Springfield. After several legal issues and a disrupted career, he recorded his only solo album, The Cycle Is Complete, in 1971—a deeply introspective and experimental project. The album, recorded at Hollywood's Sound Factory, blends jazz, psychedelic rock, and Eastern influences, featuring long, atmospheric instrumental improvisations. He was joined by musicians like Rick James, Ed Roth, and members of the band Kaleidoscope. The album stands as a rare testament to his personal musical vision.
