Under The Influence est une compilation inédite de live enregistrés en 1969 par le jeune quatuor psychédélique de Detroit, Mystic Siva, formé autour de l’âge de 15 ans. Sortie officiellement en 2003 par le label allemand World In Sound, elle propose une immersion brute dans l’énergie du groupe avant son unique album studio de 1970. Parmi les temps forts, on retrouve des covers puissants de « Come Together », « I’m a Man », « Tobacco Road » ou « Black Sheep », reinterpretés avec un Hammond B-3 hypnotique, de la fuzz wah-wah incisive et une rythmique monumentale — un véritable trésor pour amateurs du psyché américain underground.

Under The Influence is a previously unreleased live compilation by Detroit’s teenage acid-psych band Mystic Siva, recorded in 1969 and finally issued in 2003 by German label World In Sound. It captures the band's raw pre-studio sound with extended, intense covers such as “Come Together,” “I’m a Man,” “Tobacco Road,” and “Black Sheep,” propelled by relentless Hammond organ, fuzz-drenched wah-wah guitar, and thunderous drums — a highly prized artifact among U.S. psych collectors.
