The only album by an American band from Minnesota, formed in 1969, and existed until 1972. They managed to sign a contract to MGM in 1970 and released this sole self titled L.P. The band consisted of Brian Naughton (guitar), Andy Andrews (bass), Frank Daniels (piano/organ), and Joe Roffredo (drums). Guitarist Brian Naughton ended up a member of Rockicks, who released an L.P. on RSO records in 1977.

Le seul album d'un groupe américain du Minnesota, formé en 1969, et qui a existé jusqu'en 1972. Ils ont réussi à signer un contrat avec MGM en 1970 et ont sorti cet album éponyme. Le group était  composé de Brian Naughton (guitare), Andy Andrews (basse ), Frank Daniels (piano / orgue) et Joe Roffredo (batterie). Le guitariste Brian Naughton a fini par devenir membre de Rockicks, qui a sorti un L.P. sur RSO records en 1977.

Formé en 1968 à Dordrecht, aux Pays-Bas, sous le nom de The Floating Fudge Featuring The Cosmic Dealer, le groupe raccourcit son nom en 1970 pour devenir Cosmic Dealer. Composé de Frans Poots (chant, flûte, percussions), Bas van der Pol (chant, guitare rythmique), Jan Reynders (guitare solo, chant), Angelo Noce Santoro (basse) et Ad Vos (batterie), le groupe fusionne rock psychédélique, hard rock et éléments progressifs.

En 1971, Cosmic Dealer enregistre son unique album studio, Crystallization, en seulement deux jours. Produit par Eddy Ouwens, l'album présente des compositions originales aux ambiances variées, allant du psychédélisme planant à des passages plus lourds et intenses. Malgré des performances live et une présence médiatique, l'album ne rencontre pas un grand succès commercial.

En 1973, le groupe se sépare brièvement avant de se reformer sous une nouvelle formation, mais sans parvenir à retrouver le succès escompté.

Formed in 1968 in Dordrecht, the Netherlands, as The Floating Fudge Featuring The Cosmic Dealer, the band shortened their name in 1970 to become Cosmic Dealer. The lineup consisted of Frans Poots (vocals, flute, percussion), Bas van der Pol (vocals, rhythm guitar), Jan Reynders (lead guitar, vocals), Angelo Noce Santoro (bass), and Ad Vos (drums). They blended psychedelic rock, hard rock, and progressive elements.

In 1971, Cosmic Dealer recorded their only studio album, Crystallization, in just two days. Produced by Eddy Ouwens, the album features original compositions with varied atmospheres, ranging from dreamy psychedelia to heavier, intense passages. Despite live performances and media presence, the album did not achieve significant commercial success.

In 1973, the band briefly disbanded before reforming with a new lineup, but they were unable to regain the anticipated success.
