Hailing from Houston, Texas, Christopher was an American psychedelic trio formed in the late 1960s, consisting of Doug Tull, Richard Avitts, and Kenny Spore. The band recorded their only album, What’cha Gonna Do?, in 1969, blending psychedelic rock, folk, and blues with refined arrangements and standout fuzz guitar solos. Although it received only a very limited release at the time, the album has since become a sought-after collector’s item, valued for its authenticity and its snapshot of the late 1960s Texas psych scene.
