Charlee est un groupe de hard rock canadien formé à Montréal en 1971, mené par le guitariste et chanteur Walter Rossi, ancien membre du groupe Influence. Le groupe a signé avec RCA et a enregistré un album éponyme en 1972, qui a été lancé sur les ondes de CHOM FM. L'album a connu un succès local, se vendant à 6 000 exemplaires en une semaine dans un seul magasin de Montréal. Le single "Lord Knows I've Won" a reçu une diffusion radio notable, notamment à Dayton, Ohio, et a passé trois semaines à la première place des classements en Australie. Cependant, après environ un an d'activité, le groupe s'est dissous, et Rossi a poursuivi une carrière solo, collaborant avec des artistes tels que Wilson Pickett et The Buddy Miles Express.

Charlee was a Canadian hard rock band formed in Montreal in 1971, led by guitarist and vocalist Walter Rossi, a former member of the band Influence. The band signed with RCA and recorded a self-titled album in 1972, which was launched on CHOM FM. The album achieved local success, selling 6,000 copies in one week at a single Montreal store. The single "Lord Knows I've Won" received notable radio airplay, particularly in Dayton, Ohio, and spent three weeks at the top of the charts in Australia. However, after about a year of activity, the band disbanded, and Rossi pursued a solo career, collaborating with artists such as Wilson Pickett and The Buddy Miles Express.
