Skin Alley was a British progressive rock band formed in London in 1968. The lineup consisted of Thomas Crimble (bass, vocals, keyboards), Alvin Pope (drums), Krzysztof Henryk Juszkiewicz (organ, piano, vocals), and Bob James (guitar, saxophone, flute, vocals). The band signed with CBS Records and released their debut self-titled album in 1970.The album blends jazz, blues, psychedelic rock, and classical music, featuring ambitious compositions and diverse instrumentation. Although the album did not achieve significant commercial success, it is appreciated by progressive rock enthusiasts for its creativity and originality.
