Trio originaire de Chicago, Aliotta Haynes Jeremiah s’est formé à la fin des années 1960 et s’est rapidement fait connaître dans la scène folk rock locale. Aliotta Haynes Jeremiah, a folk rock trio from Chicago, emerged in the late 1960s with a smooth blend of vocal harmonies, soul influences, and heartfelt songwriting. Their self-titled debut album reflects a laid-back yet passionate sound, drawing comparisons to early CSN or American folk-soul outfits. Though modest in national exposure, the trio gained a cult following, especially in the Midwest, with their evocative lyrics and warm arrangements. Their later hit Lake Shore Drive cemented their place in Chicago music lore.
