Trilogy était un groupe de rock américain originaire de Chicago, actif au début des années 1970. Leur musique, à la croisée du rock psychédélique, du country rock et du rock progressif, reflétait parfaitement l'esprit de cette époque en quête d'expérimentations sonores et d'harmonies vocales.
Le groupe sort en 1970 son unique album, intitulé "I'm Beginning to Feel It", sous le label Mercury Records. L’album est riche en atmosphères planantes, en guitares vibrantes et en mélodies inspirées. Parmi les titres les plus marquants figurent "Red Wine", "Three Blind Minds", et le morceau-titre "I'm Beginning to Feel It".
Trilogy se distingue par une formation vocale à trois voix et une instrumentation soignée, avec des touches de flûte, d’harmonica et même de tabla, instrument de percussion d'origine indienne. Cette diversité sonore donne à l'album une couleur unique au sein du rock américain de l’époque.

Trilogy was an American rock band formed in Chicago in the early 1970s. They released just one album, "I'm Beginning to Feel It", in 1970 on Mercury Records, blending elements of psychedelic rock, country rock, and touches of progressive and folk rock.
The band was notable for its three-part vocal harmonies and a rich instrumental palette that included electric guitars, flute, tabla, and organ, providing a unique and textured sound. Standout tracks like "Red Wine", "Three Blind Minds", and the title track "I'm Beginning to Feel It" showcase the group’s melodic sensibility and exploratory approach.
Despite their musical quality and distinctive sound, Trilogy failed to achieve mainstream success and disbanded shortly after the album's release. Today, the record is considered a hidden gem of early '70s American psychedelic rock.
