Produit par Peter Asher, J Is For Jumpapprofondit le cocktail de folk, soul, rock soft et harmonies vocales esquissé dans leur premier album. Plus audacieux dans les arrangements, ce disque reste un bel exemple de la transition entre les sons 60s et la sophistication West Coast qui s’imposera dans la décennie.
