Né au cœur de l’effervescence psychédélique londonienne, Orange Bicycle est un groupe pop psyché actif à la fin des années 60, mené par le chanteur et batteur Wilson Malone. Après quelques singles appréciés dans les cercles underground, le groupe publie en 1970 un unique album éponyme. Il propose une musique typique du psychédélisme anglais tardif, avec des orchestrations douces, des harmonies vocales soignées et des reprises surprenantes (notamment de Beatles et Elton John). Bien que confidentiel à sa sortie, cet album est aujourd’hui salué pour sa finesse mélodique et sa richesse sonore.

Orange Bicycle emerged from London’s psychedelic scene in the late 1960s, fronted by drummer and vocalist Wilson Malone. Known for a handful of ambitious singles, they released their only full-length album in 1970. The self-titled Orange Bicycle is a lush collection of soft psychedelia, rich vocal harmonies, and tastefully arranged covers, including reworkings of Beatles and Elton John songs. Though overlooked at the time, the album has since gained recognition as a hidden gem of late '60s British psych-pop.
