Seventh Wave was a British synth-rock duo comprising keyboardist/vocalist Ken Elliott and drummer Kieran O’Connor, both former members of the prog-psych band Second Hand. Their debut album Things to Come (1974) offers an eclectic fusion of progressive rock, proto-synthpop, and psychedelic experimentation. With no guitars, the music relies heavily on rich analog synthesizers and powerful drumming, making it a unique and forward-thinking entry in the 70s prog scene.
