A confusing disk, which caused relatively little effect on its release and still is largely ignored. Between accents 'hard rock' singer Phill Mogg reminiscent of Robert Plant, lead singer of Led Zeppelin, and the long instrumental tracks oscillating between blues rock, hard and psychedelic, this disc is wild. At the dawn of this new decade, the group manages a striking synthesis of all the best elements of rock. UFO 2 is undoubtedly the archetype of the genre space-rock, brushing progressive atmosphere with the Flying theme that reaches 26'31.
Un disque déroutant, qui fit relativement peu d’effet à sa sortie et reste encore aujourd'hui largement ignoré. Entre les accents hard rock du chanteur Phill Mogg qui rappelle Robert Plant, le chanteur de Led Zeppelin, et les longues plages instrumentales oscillant entre blues rock, hard et psychédélisme, ce disque est sauvage. A l’aube de cette nouvelle décennie, le groupe réussit une synthèse saisissante de tous les meilleurs éléments du rock.
