Le son de la marque Riopelle a attiré l'attention des programmeurs de radio et de leurs auditeurs dans les États du Sud-Ouest au début des années 70, lorsque Jerry a sorti son premier album éponyme pour Capitol Records. En 1974, suite à la sortie du troisième album de Jerry "Saving Grace", Riopelle se produit en tant qu'assistance pour le Dr John au légendaire Celebrity Theatre à l'occasion du Nouvel An.

🇬🇧 Biography

The trademark Riopelle sound caught the ear of radio programmers and their listeners in the Southwestern states in the early 70’s, when Jerry released his first, self-titled album for Capitol Records. Arizona caught on quickly to this L.A. singer/songwriter's talent, and in 1974 following the release of Jerry’s third album "Saving Grace", Riopelle performed as the support act for Dr. John at the legendary Celebrity Theatre on New Year’s Eve.
