Recorded in October 1971 and released in early 1972, Imagination Lady marks Chicken Shack’s fifth studio album, featuring the new lineup of Stan  Webb, John  Glascock (later of Jethro Tull) and Paul  Hancox. The band blends blues, hard rock, and progressive influences, building on their earlier direction from Accept.
