Following a decade of lineup shifts and stylistic exploration—from blues-rock to hard/progressive sounds—Stan Webb reintroduces the band with That’s the Way We Are, released in 1978 under the name "Stan Webb’s Chicken Shack". This album reasserts their blues-rock identity, enhanced with touches of soul and contemporary British rock.
