🇺🇸 Biography (English)
Before evolving into 10cc, Eric Stewart, Kevin Godley & Lol Creme operated as Hotlegs. Their only LP, Thinks: School Stinks (recorded in 1970 at Strawberry Studios), featured the global hit "Neanderthal Man" but also a broader musical palette—including a multi-part instrumental suite—revealing early traces of the complex craftsmanship behind 10cc’s later work . Despite its eclectic nature, the album didn’t meet commercial expectations, but remains a unique snapshot of a band in creative transition.
