Alkatraz, a short-lived British band from the 70s, released Doing a Moonlight in 1976. The album blends melodic hard rock with blues rock and progressive touches. Although it received little attention upon release, it's now regarded as a hidden gem of underground British rock, supported by strong songwriting and excellent musicianship.
