🎶 Biographie
🇺🇸 Biography (English)
Badge & Company was a short-lived southern psychedelic blues-rock power trio formed in 1976 in Augusta, Georgia. The band consisted of Randy E. Cowan (vocals, bass, violin), Terry D. Williams (guitar, vocals), and Virgil Eugene Martin (drums, vocals). Their self-titled debut, released in 1977, blends elements of Southern rock, blues, and garage-psych with raw energy and extended improvisation. Despite its limited commercial impact at the time, the album has since become a sought-after rarity among collectors and is appreciated for its authentic southern flavor and experimental edge, often compared to early ZZ Top or The Moving Sidewalks.
