Majic Ship was riginally composed of a group of high school friends: Ray Rifice (guitar), Tommy Nikosy (guitar), Rob Buckman (drums), and Mike Garrigan (vocals). Soon, the band increased to a group of five with the addition of bassist/organist Gus Riozzi. This album is 9 original recordings and one Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young medley , originally recorded and released in an extremely limited supply. This 1970 LP represents their musical pinnacle as a garage band turned pop band and then into something mixing hard rock with tinges of psychedelia. It truly was their masterpiece!

Majic Ship était rigoureusement composé d'un groupe d'amis du lycée: Ray Rifice (guitare), Tommy Nikosy (guitare), Rob Buckman (batterie) et Mike Garrigan (chant). Bientôt, le groupe a augmenté à un groupe de cinq avec l'ajout du bassiste / organiste Gus Riozzi. Cet album est composé de 9 enregistrements originaux et d'un medley Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, initialement enregistré et sorti dans un nombre extrêmement limité d'exemplaires. Ce LP de 1970 représente leur apogée musical comme un groupe de garage devenu groupe pop puis dans quelque chose mélangeant du hard rock avec des nuances de psychédélisme. C'était vraiment leur chef-d'œuvre!
