Formed in the early 70s, this short-lived UK band recorded their only album in 1972, which remained unreleased until its rediscovery and reissue in 2015. Holy Mackerel delivers a remarkable blend of sharp guitar-driven rock with subtle progressive undertones. Though overlooked at the time, the album showcases a rich palette of moods, from melodic craftsmanship to spirited jams, making it a true lost gem of the early British underground scene.
