Sorti en avril 1968, Wow est le second album de Moby Grape, souvent considéré comme leur œuvre la plus ambitieuse. Conçu comme un disque expérimental et audacieux, il mêle rock psychédélique, country, jazz et effets sonores inattendus. Produit avec une plus grande liberté artistique, l’album surprend par ses ruptures de style et ses arrangements baroques. Released in April 1968, Wow is Moby Grape’s second album and arguably their most experimental. The record boldly blends psychedelic rock, country, jazz, and studio trickery in a kaleidoscope of sonic ideas. Often paired with the bonus LP Grape Jam, the album initially received mixed reviews, but it has since gained recognition as a creative high point and cult classic of the psychedelic era.
