Sorti le 30 octobre 2007, Long Road Out of Eden est le septième et dernier album studio des Eagles. Il marque le retour du groupe en studio après 28 ans d'absence, leur précédent album studio étant The Long Run en 1979. L'album a été enregistré entre 2001 et 2007 et est le premier à être publié après le départ de Don Felder en 2001. C'est également le dernier album avec Glenn Frey, décédé en 2016. L'album a remporté deux Grammy Awards : "How Long" pour la meilleure performance country par un duo ou un groupe avec chant, et "I Dreamed There Was No War" pour la meilleure performance instrumentale pop. Il a été certifié 7× platine par la RIAA pour des expéditions de 3,5 millions d'albums.

Released on October 30, 2007, Long Road Out of Eden is the Eagles' seventh and final studio album. It marked the band's return to the studio after a 28-year hiatus, their previous studio album being The Long Run in 1979. The album was recorded between 2001 and 2007 and is the first to be released after Don Felder's departure in 2001. It is also the last album to feature Glenn Frey, who passed away in 2016. The album won two Grammy Awards: "How Long" for Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal, and "I Dreamed There Was No War" for Best Pop Instrumental Performance. It was certified 7× Platinum by the RIAA for shipments of 3.5 million albums.
