Ambrosia is an American rock band formed in southern California in 1970.The title of One Eighty was the bands fourth album and is now regarded as the high point of their AOR period. The approach is studious yet exploratory, leaving enough space for the songs to breathe and be supported by carefully executed multi-layered backing vocals.the album One Eighty was believed by fans to signal the group's "180-degree" change in direction.

Ambrosia est un groupe de rock américain formé dans le sud de la Californie en 1970. One Eighty était le quatrième album du groupe, il est maintenant considéré comme le point culminant de leur période AOR. L'approche est studieuse mais exploratoire, laissant suffisamment d'espace pour que les chansons respirent et soit soutenue par des choeurs multicouches soigneusement exécutés. Les fans ont cru que le titre One Eighty  avait été choisi pour signaler le changement de direction du groupe à 180 degrés.
