The Illinois Speed Press - Duet (1970)

Illinois Speed Press was a Chicago-spawned band whose sound combined elements of R&B and country music in a powerful double-lead-guitar attack. It was well received critically, but didn't make too much of an impression on the charts. Their second album, Duet, which was much more country-oriented, was released in 1970, by which time the group had seemingly run its course. Illinois Speed Press split up that year.

Il a été bien reçu de manière critique, mais n'a pas trop impressionné les charts. Leur deuxième album, Duet, qui était beaucoup plus axé country rock, a été publié en 1970, date à laquelle le groupe avait apparemment décidé de se donner un nouveau destin. Illinois Speed Press s'est séparé cette année-là.
