After Nashville (Indiana) and composed of Bobby Strehl (vocals, drums), Mike McGuyer (vocals, guitar) and Alan Jones (bass), this training was previously known as Hickory Wind. Musically, their songs offer some variety with a strong footprint heavy / psych rock. The album opens with 'Time And Changes' with a fuzz-tempo psych very catchy. This piece is characterized by an excellent drumming of lightness that elegantly punctuates the entire track. Follow 'Lovely Lady' and 'Sunshine', reminiscent Free and irresistible boogie-rock 'Six O'Clock Sleeper', which seems to have been composed for ZZ Top. A very welcome reissue for the miners in search of 70's rock vein.
