Pearl est le deuxi猫me et dernier album studio solo de Janis Joplin, publi茅 脿 titre posthume le 11 janvier 1971, trois mois apr猫s sa mort survenue le 4 octobre 1970. Enregistr茅 avec le Full Tilt Boogie Band et produit par Paul A. Rothchild (producteur des Doors), l’album marque une 茅volution vers un son plus raffin茅, mettant en valeur la puissance vocale de Joplin.
