Bloodrock - Bloodrock (1970)



Bloodrock was formed in 1969 in Fort Worth, Texas. It had considerable success in the 1970s, and was considered one of the oldest of a number of important groups to come out of Fort Worth clubs and the music scene from its early to mid-century neighborhoods. 1970s. They were influenced by contemporary musicians such as Grand Funk Railroad, Black Sabbath, or other Deep Purple. In their early days, the band opened several times for Jimi Hendrix. They played in front of their biggest audience, a crowd of 350,000 people, at the Atlanta Pop Festival with Hendrix in the lead.

Le groupe Bloodrock a été formé en 1969 à Fort Worth, au Texas.  Il a eu un succès considérable dans les années 1970, et il fut considéré comme l'un des plus anciens d'un certain nombre de groupes importants à sortir des clubs de Fort Worth et de la scène musicale du début au milieu des années 1970. Ses membres furent influencés par les musiciens contemporains tels que Grand Funk Railroad, Black Sabbath, ou autre Deep Purple. A ses débuts, le groupe a ouvert à plusieurs reprises pour Jimi Hendrix.  Il a joué devant son plus grand public, une foule de 350.000 personnes, au Festival Pop d'Atlanta avec Hendrix en tête d'affiche.
