Mayfield’s Mule was an American psychedelic rock and blues rock band active in the late 1960s. Their sole self-titled album, recorded between 1969 and 1970 at the legendary Trident and Abbey Road studios, showcases a refined blend of psychedelic rock, blues, and country rock. Led by guitarist and lead vocalist Chris Mayfield, the band enjoyed a polished production featuring notable collaborators such as engineer Alan Parsons and backing vocalist PP Arnold on several tracks.
